Claire, The order of the information is irrelevant, it all gets boiled down to Boolean logic...it doesn't matter which order the things are in...the total statement must evaluate to true to fire...so, as hard as it must be to believe...if the AL is firing, that means that all of the conditions are true....
So...I would look elsewhere in your logic, through logging, to find out exactly what the value of each field is at the time the AL is evaluated.
