Yes, we have separated db and mid tier server. We increased the CPU count from 4 to 8 and RAM from 16GB to 32 GB. Even when there is no activity on the server and only 20 users are logged in, CPU utilization is going up to 80% bringing down the remedy services. Also, increased the java heap size in server.config file. We are still having issues and its happening every 3rd day.
