One query - 

Also after adding the custom column in "U__HPD_Help_Desk" is it mandatory to
add the dummy columns to every other view used in the Overview UNION view.

After that we need to simply add the new column to the view form referencing
the DB UNION view....??

Nothing else required for the achieve it?

Do we need to restart to ar server to reflect it?

Also could you please provide the getdate() which you applied -> i think
submit date & current date will suffice it, please suggest to calculate the
incidents aging ??
