Noticed an odd problem. When we use hyperlinks in the following formats from Microsoft Word (tried on 2000 and 2003 from multiple clients) it automatically comes back with an "ARERR 9295, Incorrect login parameters. Web page, user, and/or server names(s) must be provided."
http://WebServerName/arsys/forms/ARServerFQDN/RemoteAccess/?cacheid=&mode=Su bmit <http://WebServerName/arsys/forms/ARServerFQDN/RemoteAccess/?cacheid=&mode=S ubmit> (remote access request form) http://WebServerName/arsys/home <http://WebServerName/arsys/home> (standard login page) When I use these same exact links from Microsoft Outlook or a web page they log in correctly (Browser in all cases is IE 6.0.2x. Same issue with Firefox 1.0.5). AR Server 6.3, patch 14 and 18, Windows 2003 Server, SQL Advanced 2000 Helpdesk 6.x. Web servers at same patch level. Machines affected, Windows 2000 pro with Office 2003, Window XP pro with Office 2003, Windows XP pro with Office 2000. Searched arlist and supportweb but wasn't able to find anything.
