There is an issue with ?cacheid=. Try excluding the ?cacheid= from the links. For example, try: http://WebServerName/arsys/forms/ARServerFQDN/FormName/View?mode=Submit I did notice that when I tested the format above in MS Word, the home page would open up after logging in, no matter what form was included. All other environments work as desired.
