Hello All, Has anyone experienced this or could offer a possible solution. All of a sudden we are getting duplicate email notifications from Remedy. We are using version 6.03 on patch 20. It seems when we restart the email engine service it fixes the problem temporarily but then a few hours later it starts happening again. Thanks
