I would like a real time debugging tool, able to start at any point in a process and watch in a dual window as the workflow processes, either step-by-step or for an entire process, and the data changes. I would also like a tool that makes adding Help Text easier (perhaps linking to the Remedy docs?), since we don't seem to get that from the ITSM engineers any more. Rick _____

Groups and Users is part of the admin process, and should be editable in the administration tool.
