Hi, We try to do this integration but we fail because the mapping file with the CMDB 2.0 are not available. Using the Remedy link for SQL Server product and the SMS2CMDB v1.6 integration Sw we made a easy integration.
The real problem is related to the Sw License, because we need to buy a new License for the Remedy Link for SQL product !.
