There will be the words Street Address: first and then the address to follow - "Street Address" will always be the same, but what comes after it will be different. Can I some how grab that and place it in a temporary field?

The text I am looking for will not necessarily be in the same place all the time and may not be the same length all the time. Is this possible? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
