Yes, Abydos is a good tool - I only question whether the number of objects that it has to connect in ITSM 7 would make any output unreadable - like the CMDB CDM chart/poster/billboard.
I mean, once you get it in small enough pieces to read easily, they're without the necessary context to make it understandable.
