All, First question: Is anyone out there using SRMS in ITSM 7?
If you are here's my issue: I set up a Work Order Template and a Task Template and associated the Task Template to the Work Order Template. Yet when I try and use the Request I get the following error: Error Code: 1440853 ARCreateEntry - No work order manager group could be found. Manually select a group from the menus. If no group with an individual in the functional role of work order manager is defined, notify your System Administrator. I looked at the Work Order and Task Templates and they have the correct Support Group set as the Assignee. That Support Group has me as well as one other person set as the Work Order Manager. I have looked at everything and it looks correct. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?
