Hello All, Does anyone know of a way to tell which fields are required/optional when from the 7.0 Admin tool I perform a "Tools/Export Mail Templates" .arm file for the form HPD:Helpdesk. The only way I can currently think of is to physically touch each field from the .arm file through the admin tool and document which are required/optional. Any suggestions?
