Ive been trying to login to the BMC Support website trying to lookup
something in the Knowledge base (on www.bmc.com) but I keep getting a
"Caught exception" error.
Looks like they need to restart their Mid Tier server that hosts
everything from Knowledge Base to Ticket submits.

Is anyone else getting errors as well?
