Interesting. He pops up like one of those Microsoft Assistants do in Word or Excel. Unfortunately he doesn't do anything? I cant even get him to say cast a spell to magically fix all of ITSM 7's bugs....
It is even actually mentioned about this genie in the online help in the Admin tool but once he appears you cant get any help from him. Seems kind of pointless but I guess some engineer was being funny.
