Remedy Admin looks here to find out JRE version(s)
installed:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Runtime
Environment

So, your issue is you either don't have the version
its looking for or it is there, but for some reason
it's not listed at this location.
