LJ, Remedy Admin looks here to find out JRE version(s) installed: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment
So, your issue is you either don't have the version its looking for or it is there, but for some reason it's not listed at this location. See this post from last month: "Re: Remedy Admin: ARERR 7017: Failed to initialize JRE and internal java module-RESOLVED" > From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of LJ > Longwing > Sent: Thursday, February 28, 2008 2:44 PM > To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG > Subject: 7017 > > ** > > Failed to initialize JRE and internal java module. > The JRE dependencies are missing or corrupt.
