Deleting the field from OverviewConsole will not delete it from HPD:Help Desk. The DB ID needs to be the same on OverviewConsole as it is on HPD:Help Desk. COPY the field from HPD:Help Desk and paste it on OverviewConsole and save the form. Enter the record with the correct DB ID on the SHR:ARDBCfields.
