Well sorry I should have said what I really wanted. This may work out of the box I never tested it but what we want to do is turn groups on as on call groups and then put the email in for a resource account which is just an email address but when trying to add that email address to the pager info it said I had to configure it. You know the part I am talking about on the CTM:Support Group form, the table for on call.
