There is a hidden config form that has a Round Robin/Capacity assignment config. I can't remember off the top of my head the name of the form, but it is stated in the one of the Task pdfs.

In incident and change mgmt we have rules were we can define not to assign an incident or change to a group but not to any individual in a group. I am looking for something similar in tasks but no matter what I am not able to turn off the assignments in the task management. It is always assigned to an individual based on a round robin or capacity criteria even though I do not select the criteria in the task template.
