I'm not sure then. Have you run logs on the one that isn't working, and on the one that is working....I agree that server is server...maybe it was a thread cache issue? Have you re-logged in already...if not, is it still not working?

Are there any guides involved in this filter operation? _____ From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:arsl...@arslist.org] On Behalf Of Meyer, Jennifer L Sent: Thursday, January 15, 2009 2:25 PM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: ARS 7.0.1 changes to filters require client log-out to take effect ** Listers, I have a strange puzzle. I and a colleague have been working on an issue all week involving a series of filters. My colleague resolved the issue a few moments ago, tested it, and reported success. I tested it and saw the old error, to which she replied "Log out of your user client and back in." It's been my experience that changes to active links require the user to reset the form or application to clear the cache, but changes to filters occur purely on the server side and thus do not require clearing of the cache. Has this changed with 7.X? Is this specific to our environment? Are we in some way special? Please tell me we are special..
