Thread caching, hadn't thought of that. I have logged back in, and it does
work properly now.

I'm not sure then. Have you run logs on the one that isn't working, and on the
one that is working....I agree that server is server...maybe it was a thread
cache issue? Have you re-logged in already...if not, is it still not working?

No, it's all controlled with execution order.

I seem to remember having this type of problem...but only when dealing with
guides. Are there any guides involved in this filter operation?

Listers,

I have a strange puzzle. I and a colleague have been working on an issue all
week involving a series of filters. My colleague resolved the issue a few
moments ago, tested it, and reported success. I tested it and saw the old
error, to which she replied "Log out of your user client and back in."

It's been my experience that changes to active links require the user to reset
the form or application to clear the cache, but changes to filters occur purely
on the server side and thus do not require clearing of the cache.

Has this changed with 7.X? Is this specific to our environment? Are we in
some way special?

Please tell me we are special....

AR System 7.0.1 p5 2007100108216
ITSM p7
User Client 7.1.0
Oracle 10g
Red Hat Linux 2.6.9-78.0.5.ELsmp

Thank you in advance.
