Just an FYI to BMC and other interested. If Sandbox is enabled (see AST:AppSettings) this enablement is ignored in non-English clients.
The SandboxEnabled enum has different numerical values between the above form (Yes: 0, No: 1) and the global included in AST forms z1G Global_SandBoxEnabled(sp?) (Yes: 10, No: 20) and the Active Link that sets the global sets it incorrectly. It does work in English interestingly. AL: ASI:SHR:SetSandboxConfig_000 Work-around: add another AL 1 higher than the above to set the thing correctly. (I used an SQL setfields with a decode). Interestingly, the admin tool calculated that my SQL query had three columns when in fact it had one.
