Do you happen to have IMSLM Patch 9004 installed? In any case, I've recently worked through a similar issue where the SVTDueDate was not getting set, which caused the Estimated Resolution Date to not get set properly. There is a HotFix that BMC Support can provide for you*if* it so happens that you are suffering from the same issue. Good Luck!
