I just re-read both your post and mine and thought I should be more specific. the fix I suggested is one that has been implemented when experiencing issues with the Overview Console and a few other items in ITSM. If a simple restart of the services gets you back on your feet, then cool. I just wanted to offer a couple of suggestions for investigation for you. Thanks, Matt R. Get the one from the ITSM 7.0.03 patch009 package and replace it everywhere you find it on your server (keep a backup copy of your current version, in case you want to back it out).
