This issue happens to us in the same. But in our case, When we save a workflow object , Server is hanged So any user cannot connect to the server. Our AR server/Admin tool Version is 7.1 patch 007 and CMDB is 2.1 Patch 005 Is anyone having this case ? Is it happened after CMDB install? The Admin tool is designed to perform a search after every save if you have the list showing. This search does not happen if you either close the Server window or click on its name so that the list does not show.. Then it doesn't really matter if you have details enabled or not..
