Hi 권민석, (long live cut & paste)

After you save a workflow object, the server will re-cache its objects
causing disruption to any connected users. Depending on the amount of memory
and the amount of forms and workflow on your server, this can be for a
significant amount of time.

This is just one of the reasons you should never develop on a server that is
actually used for production purposes... ;-)

If you have a testing/dev environment, switch it to Development Cache Mode
(look for it in the *Configuring* guide). This way, any connected users will
have a better experience. There is a downside to this as well, it will
affect overall performance of the server; you should NOT set a production
system to Development Cache Mode.
