ARS 6.3 ITSM 6.0 I have a web service through which I am trying to raise remedy tickets. The tickets are successfully getting created but I am not able to open those tickets from the Remedy Requester page(after double clicking the tickets from the Remedy Requester page) It is throwing an error as given below. Can you please help me on this.
