Hello, Can anyone tell me if there is an equivalent field in Remedy 7 Incident Management/HPD:HelpDesk form to the Remedy 6 "Hours to Resolve" field (which took into account Business Hours, etc)? Maybe I'm just overlooking it? (hopefully?)
