Hello all, I am trying to do is build an AR Report using the ReportCreator form and have the user run it from the Reports console (accessed from the ITSM apps) or from the ReportSelection form. I have created a report OK and specified a qualification, but whenever I run the report the qualification is ignored and it attempts to return all rows--not what I want. Do you know what I need to do to get the qualification to be recognized? I have confirmed that the qual is good, and messed with the "Query Override in Report" setting on the Report form. No joy.
I'm hoping to avoid having to specify an external Crystal Report for something that should be simple. ARS 7.1 P5 ITSM 7.0.3 P8 Suggestions?
