Hi Rick, Try changing the Java port in the various places you find it in the ar.cfg file then restarting Remedy. Don't pick 9998 as it will give the same error; choose one well away from 9999.
It seems the Atrium Web Services will uses these ports regardless. BMC recommends not installing Atrium Web Services on the same box as ARS for performance reasons.
