Hi Listers! Has anyone ever expanded the Alert Text field's input length on the Alert Events form to allow for "more informative" alerts to be sent? Currently the field is set to 255 in our environment (ITSM 7.5 on ARS 7.5 on Oracle 10g) and I would like to change its input length to "unlimited." Any gotchas?
