Hi Enslin, Have you checked the users Application Preferences form? There is a Change Management Tab on this form, which gives each user the ability to turn on and off tab views. You might find that the "Show Approvers" is set to "No". Hope that helps. Mehmet

If so are you sure that he is logging in with his username in the same case as it is in the User form? With Allow Unregistered Users turned on users can login because they authenticate at the OS or LDAP level but to ARS with their credentials. They are allowed in as an Unregistered User but the permissions in the User form will not be applied.
