Hi John,

Please try the below workarounds...

Please check if you have atrium directory in mid-tier shared folder and flex
directory in WEB-INF folder.

If not extract <AtriumCore Install
Directory>\cmdb\en\workflow\DataVisualizationSystemFiles\aui-resources.zip.

1. Copy the atrium directory to \BMC Software\ARSystem\midtier\

2. Copy the WEB-INF\flex directory to \BMC Software\ARSystem\midtier\WEB-INF\

3. Restart Apache Tomcat and then access the Atrium Console.

OR

Make sure the default web path is concluded with a forward slash.

1. Open Data Visualization Module form

2. Select Atirum-Widget entry from the search result list

3. Replace the atriumwidget.jsp file with the one located in <AtriumCore
Install Directory>\cmdb\en\workflow\DataVisualizationModule\Atrium-Widget.jsp

Usually it is from not having the web path set correctly in the Server
Information - Advanced form, but there are other possibilities as well.

Listers:

I am receiving a Blank (or grey) screen when trying to access the Atrium CMDB
Console v7.6p1 through Mid-Tier patch 4?

The problem seems to be with the Data Visualizations field not loading
properly. When I try to access the console through the User tool it completely
freezes my User Tool.

I found a KB on the BMC Knowledge Base article '20014080' but none of the
troubleshooting helped me to resolve the issue.

I ran into this issue a few months back in my QA environment installation and a
re-install of Mid-Tier solved the problem BUT I am in my production environment
and re-installing is a last resort for I have SSL and a 3rd Party CAC SSO
integration (which took signifgant time to get working) installed which may
cause me more issues after the re-install.

Does anyone know what cause is at the root of this issue and can offer any
suggestions for me to fix without having to re-install Mid-Tier?

Thanks.
