You are correct Leonard ... the general function of the escalations, is to simply set a "Flag" field, then have Filters do the actual work.

You should be able to: * Turn on Escalation logging (finest) * Only enable one of the escalations that don't fire. * Wait for the scheduled runt time (or set to an interval to run sooner) * Review the log to see if it passes the Run If Qualification. The logs should yield some information as to what to look at next. It sounds like the general function of your escalation, is to simply set a "Flag" field, then have Filters do the actual work.
