You are correct Leonard ... the general function of the escalations, is to
simply set a "Flag" field, then have Filters do the actual work.

So, it sounds like the two that don't run, do not pass the Run If qualification
for some reason.
You should be able to:

* Turn on Escalation logging (finest)

* Only enable one of the escalations that don't fire.

* Wait for the scheduled runt time (or set to an interval to run sooner)

* Review the log to see if it passes the Run If Qualification.

The logs should yield some information as to what to look at next. It sounds
like the general function of your escalation, is to simply set a "Flag" field,
then have Filters do the actual work. The logs should at least show the
setting of that field. If not, thin it is likely not passing the Run If.

1. Around 1400 records

2. The escalation that runs takes around six seconds

3. Yes, is the same escalation that runs.... I tested each escalation by
disabling the two others ...only one completes the task to perform...

4. I do not have an escalation pool defined

5. User: AR_ESCALATOR, information of workflow being enabled or disabled,
next time the escalation will trigger again in seconds...
Thank you.

Hi Jorge,

A few questions:

1. How much data is in the form?

2. How long does is typically take the escalation the DOES run, to
complete?

3. Is it always the same escalation that runs?

4. Do you have an escalation pool defined? Or, are you using a single
escalation thread?

5. In your escalation log, what does it say when it is time for the
escalation to run?

Hi All,

I am trying to update records or insert a new record if it does not exist in
the table... the workflow consists of three escalation timed to run ten minutes
apart .....
all three escalation are associated to the same form (source)....
all three escalation update a field in the source form to trigger three "On
Modify" filters
all three escalations have a very similar run if condition

("Updated" "No" and 'ACTIONFLAG' = 1)

("Updated" "No" and 'ACTIONFLAG' = 2)

("Updated" "No" and 'ACTIONFLAG' > 2)

when the filters trigger they either update or add record or add a record

Problem: only one of the escalations executes .....I can't find enough
information to find why the other two escalations are not running
has anyone experienced this problem? .... thank you

I have turned on the server escalation and filter logs but they are not helping
to much....

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
