Ken, I have personally worked on both of the configurations listed below. I personally would wait and go with the 7.6.4 release that should be out soon. If that is not an option then I would choose the 7.6.3 platform as it has 64bit support for the Windows platform.
Also, please note that over the last several versions BMC has made significant improvements in regards to performance on Midtier, reporting, and unified views throughout the system.
