Hi List. Do you know if it is possible to generate the .CSV file with the data from the remedy form using the only remedy workflow (like filters or escalator).
I know that I can do this using C, java, Perl, etc. However may be someone has an idea how (automatically) extract data and store it in the .csv file without using an external application.
