They contacted BMC who walked them through some steps. One of the problem last
time, I believe is that our WebSphere is version 7

Can the server team tell you what they have to do to restart Mid-Tier?

Subject: Midtier Problem

**
We are currently experimenting with Midtier and it operates on WebSphere with
other web applications.  Each time any of the applications goes down, the
server team will have to restart WebSphere.  The problem we are having is that
all the applications will come back up except Remedy.  Does anyone have an idea
how to correct this permanently?  Or, is there a better and stable application
server that anyone can recommend?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
