Kevin, In both 7.5 and 7.6.4 installs I found that the Email engine and the Flashboard server didn't install, I had to go into the add/remove programs, uninstall those components, and re-run the install to get them installed properly.

I went to install the ASServer peice first on a windows 2008 64 bit server and a SQL 2008 DB. The install appear to work okay expect the email engine failed the sanity check, it said Email Engine is down. When I went to services to try and start it, it does not exist. I went to the registry and there is an entry there but no service.
