Randy, I guess I wasn't the only one making that assumption. However, what Atrium SSO does is allow you to log in ONCE and then access ANY Remedy product like ITSM, Analytics, etc...
So from what I understand, you would actually need to configure some sort of SSO into Atrium SSO in order to really have SSO based on your windows login :) Awesome right?
