Thank you very much for the info! I am thinking the User Central File is not worth running the upgrade again. I decided this morning to create a new sandbox using the Preconfigured Stack Installer and run a Migrator difference report to see what may have fallen out of the upgrade. Sounds like it will be useful for obtaining the AR System User Central File definition as well :) (versus digging through the archived installer def files).
