Step-by-Step Guide to Building a CMDB. Updated for ITIL Version 3.

ISBN-13: 978-0-9778119-1-5

ISBN-10: 0-9778119-1-3

I would also recommend: Viewpoint, focus on: CMDB Leadership as a good
read.

Step-by-Step Guide to Building a CMDB. Updated for ITIL Version 3.

There is a newer version that 2006. I'd recommend getting it from BMC's
site rather than Google.

Good luck :-)

Hornetload - which book are you referring to when you say, "How to
Create a CMDB from the ground up?" Searching Google finds an old,
November 2006 book, "Step-by-Step Guide to Building a CMDB," is this
what you are referring to? If so, 2006 seems a bit old.
