Thanks for the info but I'm still having problems. They gave me a def file to import called RKM:VendorTemplate_RightAnswers. I imported that with no issue. Then they gave me some sample data (arx file) which I also imported to the RKM:VendorTemplate_RightAnswers form.
How do I connect that form to Knowledge Management so those sample solutions can be searchable when we use the "Search Knowledge" link?
