You might want to reinstall, Wirasat, and I'll tell you why.  The stack
installer has just put in a UTF-8 database, or converted yours to UTF-8.  If
you didn't want UTF-8 then you''ve got one whether you like it or not, to
support 2 byte characters.  And this may present problems if you have other
applications or the ARS Server is running in non-unicode.  Yes the stack
installer is a great time saver, but it was said by the pope of Remedy himself
that it does not fit all installations and you are best doing a
product-by-product install if you don't want an all-language localizations.
I've done it, yes it takes about 8-10 hours total with babysitting, but you'll
get only what you want.  Feel free to phone me if you want more details.

Subject: Localized views

** We have installed ITSM 7.6.04 SP1 using
stack installer and it has installed localized views. Is there any way
to get rid of these views other than deleting them one by one?

Thanks,
Wirasat
