You might want to reinstall, Wirasat, and I'll tell you why. The stack installer has just put in a UTF-8 database, or converted yours to UTF-8. If you didn't want UTF-8 then you''ve got one whether you like it or not, to support 2 byte characters. And this may present problems if you have other applications or the ARS Server is running in non-unicode. Yes the stack installer is a great time saver, but it was said by the pope of Remedy himself that it does not fit all installations and you are best doing a product-by-product install if you don't want an all-language localizations. I've done it, yes it takes about 8-10 hours total with babysitting, but you'll get only what you want. Feel free to phone me if you want more details.
