Hi All, Require suggestion on the following.Getting error in work order when user tries to re-assign the ticket to someone from the same group.All the people in a particular group has the same permission and roles.ITSM 7.6.Error says "Requested For"user can't be uniquely identified from the list, please select user from the list . We get the error eventhough we search the people name from the list and choose it from the list.
