Indeed, ADDM is quite often used with the BMC Atrium, although there are instances as Tideway that were Not part of the BMC world at all, and therefore if it is part of the BMC/Remedy world the questions are fine here.
Although I have done two ADDM installations I don't know the answer because all reporting was from the Remedy side. I am hoping that we will get some ADDM papers and participation at WWRUG12.
