Just in case no one has replied to your question about Kinetic Request. Q. Does kinetic do multi tenecy? A. Yes, all Kinetic applications do multi-tenancy - but with some major advantages. Q. Do they integrate with the whole itsm suite without developer building workflow ? A. All Kinetic applications can work with any form in Remedy - including ITSM, base and custom forms. Kinetic Request has been designed so that no custom workflow is needed to integrate to ITSM or any other Remedy form to modify or create records. Over and above that, the Kinetic Task engine - now bundled with Kinetic Request - gives the ability to easily create and manage workflow processes that do not require building custom Remedy workflow or making any changes to existing OOB Remedy ITSM or any other Remedy application workflow. Q. I don't know ... but is it the same approach? Not sure A. It is not the same approach, that is why it is a successful approach.
