I think/hope this is resolved. When We were getting the thread stack errors, it kept mentioning a specific thread Exception in thread "ID005056987A2ElBR3TwDI2fEgH_gh" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
That ID corresponded to our Incoming Mailbox GUID. We deleted the Incoming mailbox configuration record, and re-created it. And it appears to be working correctly now. I'm wondering/thinking that the "_" (underscore) in the GUID may have been causing the issue, but that's just a guess.
