Found another pickle :: if you replaced the tomcat with a newer version
Ensure your Links (say tomcat6.0) point to the real one you are using..
ln - s /whatever/tomcat6.0 /whatever/newapachefolder .. otherwise it sees
it is not running, and throws an error..
