Hi Anand, We received a hotfix from BMC for this. Our issue affected the change and incident console. The hotfix was for the current version of ITSM, 7.6.04 SP2. We had received earlier hotfixes for the release and overview consoles in the customizable homepage. So if you haven't done it already I would check with BMC. The defect is SW00414354.
