I would open an issue with BMC - I don't think using / in schema names is best 
practice for this reason. This is at least an RFE for them to update the schema 
name.

If you can't update the apache settings then I think your only other option is 
to create a custom join to itself - a bit like they do on the interface forms 
and call it what you want.

That's why I have the %2 in place of the / in the URL

The : is also a reserved character and this never has an issue set to %3A
