If this is a front end form that users really need to interact with and it part of a normal business process in the use of the application you need to open an issue with BMC. Your options are: 1. change the apache settings to interpret the / encoding. 2. create a custom view of the schema and name it what you want to avoid the / in the name. 3. rename the existing schema to remove the / in the name.
If this is a backend form that is not meant to be part of approved user facing operations then BMC is unlikely to do anything in the near term to help you. Regards, Andrew C.
